Most individual on earth are existing not living. Their lives are based only on mere survival mode without any purpose, passion or fulfillment. Living in a state of mere existence often entails going through the motions of life without true engagement. It involves succumbing to routines, societal expectations, or the pressures of everyday lives, leading to a sense of stagnation or despair.

The journey from just existing to truly living is an important and transformative one that requires courage, intentionality and willingness to embrace change. individuals must be willing to break free from status quo, listen to the whispers of their soul and pursue a life that is authentic. To achieve a fulfilling life, one has to create good and healthy habits to guide you in that direction. Here are some tips on what to do;
  • Do an activity that you love. This can be your passion or what you like doing in your free time like dancing, cycling, cooking, going out etc. Just do something that makes you feel fulfilled.

  • Try to smile and be free. Most people think that emotion makes a person weak, but the truth is that emotions are a part of us and expressing them doesn't make us weak, instead it makes our heart free and light.

  • Have a life outside of work. Let you business or your work not be the only thing you do everyday, learn to do other activities outside your work life.

  • Learn a stress coping activity. This can be meditation, taking walks, or reading etc.
